基于中国特色学徒制建构高素质技术技能人才培养模式:构建基于产教融合理念的"岗课赛证"模块化课程体系,校企协同努力培养高素质技术技能人才;打造高水平的"双师双能"型教师团队,实现双师的协同育人;构建"角色扮演,跟岗导学,分组培训"三位一体教学模式,实现校企无缝对接,一体化育人;创新教学评价模式,形成科学合理的多元评价体系.通过构建"岗课赛证"模块化课程体系、加强"双师双能"教师团队建设、优化教学模式、创新教学评价体系等人才培养路径,提升学生综合素质能力,培养高素质技术技能人才.
The Research on the Training Mode of High-quality Technical and Skilled Talents from the Perspective of Apprenticeship with Chinese Characteristics
This paper proposes to construct a training model for high-quality technical and skilled talents based on the apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics:construct a modular curriculum system based on the concept of integration of industry and education,and make concerted efforts to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents by schools and enterprises;create a high-level"dual-teacher and dual-energy"teacher team to realize the collaborative education of dual teachers;construct a three-in-one teaching model of"role-playing,on-the-job guidance,and group training"to realize the seamless connection between schools and enterprises and integrated education;innovate the teaching evaluation model and form a scientific and reasonable multiple evaluation system.The high-quality technical and skilled talents will be cultivated and their comprehensive quality and ability will be improved through constructing the"post course certificate"modular curriculum system,strengthening the"double qualified and double capable"teacher team building,optimizing the teaching mode,and innovating the teaching evaluation system and other talent training paths.
