摘要
针对目前高职院校毕业生的就业满意度低、专业匹配度不高、职业发展受限等就业质量较低的现象,从高职毕业生的高质量就业现状分析出发,从社会、学校、学生三个层面较为详细的解析了高职学生低就业质量的影响因素,最后从深度校企合作、课程体系改革、多元多维评价等方面,探索出提升高职学生高质量就业的策略和建议,推动高职学生的就业质量.
Abstract
In view of low employment quality of higher vocational college graduates recently,such as low employment satisfaction,low degree of professional matching,and limited career development,this paper first analyzes the current situation of high-quality employment of higher vocational graduates,and then analyzes the influencing factors of low employment quality from the three levels of society,school and students,and finally explores strategies and suggestions to improve the high-quality employment of higher vocational students from the aspects of in-depth school-enterprise cooperation,curriculum system reform,and multi-dimensional evaluation,so as to promote the employment quality of higher vocational students.
