The Research on the Construction of"Double-qualified"Innovative Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era
The construction of a"dual-qualified"innovative teacher team in higher vocational colleges in the new era is an urgent demand and important task for educational reform and the development of higher vocational colleges.In view of the problems and challenges existing in the construction of the"dual-qualified"teacher team in current higher vocational colleges,this study combs and summarizes relevant research results through literature review and empirical research,and proposes a comprehensive innovative teacher team construction model.This paper collects and analyzes the problems and needs of students and teachers in higher vocational colleges through methods such as questionnaires and interviews,and then puts forward a series of targeted policy recommendations and practical strategies.The study found that the construction of a"dual-qualified"teacher team in higher vocational colleges in the new era needs to focus on the improvement of teachers'quality,optimal allocation of teaching resources,and establishment of a teacher training system.The research results have important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the construction of a"dual-qualified"teacher team in higher vocational colleges.
