The Modernization of Grass-roots Governance from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization
The CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core deeply grasp the changing characteristics of the relationship between urban and rural areas after socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and conform to the objective laws of social development.The rural revitalization strategy is proposed in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Based on the governance dimension,the formation of the efficient governance model at the grassroots level is an inherent requirement of the rural revitalization strategy.At present,China still faces problems in promoting the modernization of grass-roots governance,such as the mismatch between government powers and property rights,the low level of digital governance,unsteady construction of grass-roots party organizations,and prominent grass-roots formalism.In the future,China should promote the sinking of resources,strengthen digital governance,strengthen the construction of party members,standardize the assessment of superiors and other aspects to improve the modernization level of grass-roots governance,lay a foundation for efficient governance of beautiful rural construction,and promote the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.
