摘要
安徽矿业职业技术学院依托"工匠大师工作室"打造金蓝领孵化基地,聚焦探索协同育人新模式、聚焦人才培养、聚焦精准培训、聚焦产学研深度融合,发挥人才集聚效应,坚持产学研相结合,深化产教融合校企合作,助推职业教育提质培优增值赋能.通过开展技能提升培训、技术传承、科技攻关、技术服务、现场疑难问题诊断处理、工匠精神传承与弘扬等手段充分发挥工匠大师的"传、帮、带"作用,培养出一批技术能手、企业工匠和工匠大师,为皖北区域经济社会发展提供有力的高技术技能型人才和智力支撑.
Abstract
Anhui College of Mining and Technology relies on the"Craftsman Master Studio"to build a golden and blue-collar incubation base,focuses on exploring new models of collaborative education,talent training,precise training,and the deep integration of industry,education and research,gives full play to the talent agglomeration effect,adheres to the combination of production,education and research,deepens the industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation,and boosts the quality and value-added empowerment of vocational education.The role of master craftsmen in"teaching,assisting,and leading"will be exerted through conducting the skill improvement training,technology inheritance,scientific and technological research,technical services,on-site diagnosis and treatment of difficult problems,and the inheritance and promotion of the spirit of craftsmen,etc.to cultivate a group of technical experts,enterprise craftsmen and master craftsmen,and provide strong high-tech skilled talents and intellectual support for the economic and social development of northern Anhui.
