The development of new quality productivity has brought new opportunities for talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges,which is mainly manifested in promoting the transformation and adaptation of talent cultivation objectives,optimizing and upgrading talent cultivation methods,and promoting the process of talent cultivation to seek for innovation and change,but it has also brought corresponding challenges to the objectives of talent cultivation,talent cultivation methods,and evaluation of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.In this context,it is necessary to optimize professional settings,focus on curriculum construction,and improve the evaluation system,so as to accurately dock,better adapt to,and timely respond to the new quality of productivity,promote talent cultivation innovation,and realize the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges and universities.
