The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party proposed to accelerate the construction of a vocational education system that integrates vocational and general education,and integrates industry and education.In the face of the new era and new journey,the ideological and political theory course master studio in vocational colleges should actively play a leading and exemplary role,undertake missions,and make new contributions to the construction of the faculty team in vocational colleges.This paper mainly discusses the necessity of the ideological and political master studio in promoting the growth and talent development of young teachers,as well as the content,methods,and pathways of assistance,aiming to help young teachers in vocational colleges become excellent teachers.
