The continuous promotion and acceleration of the cultivation and development of strategic emerging industries through scientific and technological innovation is crucial for enhancing China's development capacity and international competitiveness,promoting sustainable economic and social development.It is also an important measure to promote Hebei's economic transformation and upgrading,scientific development,and green rise.This paper analyzes the level of innovation ability in Hebei Province,identifies the shortcomings in scientific and technological innovation for promoting the development of strategic emerging industries,and proposes some countermeasures and suggestions to improve Hebei Province's scientific and technological innovation ability while promoting the development of strategic emerging industries.
