摘要

国家级职业教育教师教学创新团队建设是深化职教改革、提升人才培养质量的核心抓手.研究以河北科技工程职业技术大学环境管理与评价专业团队为例,系统性探索其建设路径与实践经验.团队通过破解教师个体能力局限、引领教学改革、驱动产教融合、构建标准化输出体系及发挥示范作用,推动职业教育高质量发展.实践层面,以教育家精神为引领,构建"一主体、两侧翼、四层次、四阶段"教师能力培养体系,形成"任务载体→分阶定标→外修内研→应用共升"四阶段提升路径,并建立动态评价机制,实现教学能力整体跃升.实践表明,该团队通过系统化建设路径,在教师发展、课程革新、校企协同等方面成效显著,形成了可复制的国家级团队建设范式,为优化职教师资结构、完善协同育人机制提供了重要参考,对职业教育提质增效具有示范价值.

Abstract

The construction of national-level vocational education teacher innovation teams serves as a pivotal strategy for deepening vocational education reform and enhancing talent cultivation quality.This study systematically explores the development pathways and practical experiences of the Environmental Management and Evaluation program team at Hebei Vocational University of Technology and Engineering.The team has advanced high-quality vocational education by addressing individual teacher competency limitations,leading pedagogical innovation,driving industry-education integration,establishing standardized output systems,and leveraging demonstrative roles.Guided by the spirit of educational excellence,the team developed a"one core,two wings,four tiers"teacher competency framework,forming a four-phase enhancement path("task-driven objectives→ phased benchmarks → external training and internal research → applied advancement")alongside dynamic evaluation mechanisms to holistically elevate teaching capabilities.Curriculum innovation introduced a modular system integrating"horizontal progression,vertical advancement,and ideological-political elements"supported by a"standard-guided,task-based progression,three-dimensional collaboration,and four-dimensional evaluation"implementation model.This study provides critical insights for optimizing vocational education faculty structures and collaborative talent cultivation mechanisms,offering exemplary value for advancing educational quality and efficiency.
