Construction of Autonomous Knowledge System for Public Administration in China
Constructing autonomous knowledge system for public administration in China is an inevitable choice to enhance academic explanatory power,problem-solving power and global influence.From three dimensions of cognitive logic,practical logic and developmental logic,this paper answers the key questions of what,how and how to do.From the perspective of cognitive logic,this paper explains the connotation of the autonomous knowledge system in Chinese public administration,that is,an organic knowledge system formed through structural aggregation and functional coupling of knowledge points based on the characteristics of disciplines such as focusing on publicness and public organizations,taking autonomous characteristics such as subjective thinking,equal dialogue,endogenous drive,and local standards as its starting point.From the perspective of practical logic,this paper combs the process of autonomy of China’s public administration in the discipline system,academic system and discourse system,and finds the actual progress and basic stock of the construction of autonomous knowledge systems.From the perspective of development logic,specific strategies such as building concept groups,focusing on problem domains,integrating logical chains,and clarifying element fields are proposed,so as to help improve the quality and upgrade of China’s autonomous knowledge system of public administration.
