Three-Dimensional Transformation of China's Social Policy Concept in the New Development Stage
It is of great theoretical and practical significance to understand the concept of social policy in the new development stage.As a national goal,social policy is primarily discussed within the framework of national political discourse,with support from theories of justice in political philosophy.This article primarily explores the concept of social policy needed for"high-quality development","common prosperity",and"a good life".During the stage of rapid economic growth,there were tendencies toward the commercialization of public services,uneven regional development,and a sense of meaninglessness in individual lives.In this context,during the stage of high-quality economic development,the concept of social policy must promote a three-dimensional transformation:from growth-oriented to development-oriented,from region-specific to inclusive,and from emancipation-focused to life-focused.This provides valuable insights for constructing a social policy system in the new development stage.
