现代社会呼吁医患双方建立和谐、友善、互惠的医患关系,医患沟通贯穿整个医疗实践的主线.本文试图从研究"肺科式医疗助理师"发展模式入手,从医学伦理的有利原则、无伤害原则、尊重原则、公正原则四个角度,分析医患共情的实际案例,进而提出构建医患命运共同体的意义和展望.
Abstract
Modern society calls on doctors and patients to establish a harmonious,friendly and mutually beneficial doctor-patient relationship.the doctor-patient communication is the main line running through the whole medical practice.Based on the principles of benefit,non-harm,respect and justice followed by medical ethics,this paper attempts to study the development model of"pulmonary medical assistant",analyze the actual cases of doctor-patient empathy,and then propose the significance and prospect of building a community of doctor-patient destiny.
