安宁疗护中仪式叙事的生命内涵——基于纪录片《生生》中的三场重要仪式

摘要
仪式叙事因其强大的延展性和多样性在文学领域被广泛应用.在安宁疗护视域下,仪式叙事同样展现出了巨大的生命力.本文以国内首部抗癌主题医疗人文纪录片《生生》为例,选取了安宁疗护语境下的三场重要仪式——病房里的婚礼、特殊的生日会以及医院里的联欢晚会,展现仪式叙事在安宁疗护实践中体现的生命内涵,即对患者生命价值的关注、对家属情感记忆的再现、对医患生命联结的归属,达成让逝者善终、让亲者善别、让医者善治.
Abstract
Ritual narration is widely used in the field of literature due to its strong extensibility and diversity.In the perspective of palliative care,ritual narration also demonstrates tremendous vitality.Taking the first anti-cancer themed documentary"Life"(Sheng Sheng)in China as an example,this paper selects three important ceremonies in the field of palliative care,i.e.a wedding in the ward,a special birthday party in the hospital,and a hospital party,to demonstrate the life connotation reflected in the ritual narration in the practice of palliative care,namely the attention to the patient's life value,the reproduction of the emotional memories of family members,and the affiliation between the doctors and patients.By doing so the patients who are about to die can die without regrets,their relatives can have a chance to say goodbye to them,and medical staff can be more committed to their career.
