摘要
本研究以民众生命认知现状调研为基础,运用中国茶文化思想融合生命叙事,通过茶叶品鉴、生命故事分享、生命作品阅读和反思性写作等活动对民众进行生命教育.旨在进一步推广有益民众心身健康的茶文化与生命叙事融合实践.
Abstract
This research is based on the investigation of the current situation of people's life cognition,and uses the Chinese tea culture thought fusion life narrative to educate people about life through tea tasting,life story sharing,life works reading,reflective writing and other activities.The purpose is to further promote the integration of Tea culture and life narrative,which is beneficial to people's mental and physical health.
