从具身在场到虚拟传播:一种乡村治理框架的提出——基于晋东南C村的案例分析

摘要
随着乡村数字建设的实践不断深入,针对不同村落以何种方式建构各自的村落治理框架,特别值得关注.研究以晋东南一个传统山村为案例,通过对该村道德银行运行过程的分析,基于评选好人、发现好人、好人在线三个维度,提出再造好人的乡村治理框架.这种乡村治理框架在一定程度上促进了乡村社会自上而下和自下而上的治理理念在现实层面的融合.最后,对该治理框架所关涉的乡村秩序、行政治理与技术治理等问题做了进一步讨论.
Abstract
With the implementation of the poverty alleviation project the era of rural revitalization has also begun.During this process,which path constructing different village governing paths for different villages is one of the core elements of rural revitalization.This study selects a traditional mountain village in southeastern Shanxi as a case,conducts empirical analysis with social context,specific events,and technical behavior as the basic elements,and constructs a governance model that rebuilds good people with reshaping the rural spirit as the core.Finally,the issues of moral banking and rural order,administrative governance and technical governance,and the role of new media in rural governance related to this governance model are discussed.
