数字时代用户如何体验新闻?——一项视觉框架处理研究

内容与形式为用户理解新闻的意义设置了不同规则,成为研究者探析新闻接受环节的两条核心路径.本研究以视觉框架处理为主要分析框架,借助半结构式访谈方法考察用户理解代表性新闻视觉元素的主要过程,从选择性注意、启发式处理、框架比较与意义消歧等四个方面对经验材料进行归纳,对移动智能环境下用户理解视觉元素的核心进路及其特征加以理论化.本研究认为,新闻体验模式不仅对新闻学研究提出了审美思维与设计要求,也进一步凸显了数字新闻业围绕用户体验需求开展生产与传播的实践要求.
Abstract
Content and form set different rules for users to understand the meaning of news,and have also become the two main paths for news acceptance studies.This study takes visual frame processing analysis as the perspective and uses semi-structured interview method to examine the main processes by which users understand digital news visual elements.This study then uses"news experience"as the core concept to theorize the approach and characteristics of users'understanding of visual elements in digital era and expand the sensory aspect of digital news acceptance studies.This study believes that the news experience model not only provides the theoretical development necessity for journalism to incorporate aesthetic thinking and design methods,but also further requires the news agencies to carry out production around user experience needs.
