The attitude of journalists to embrace or resist media integration is a key factor in the success of organizing media integration.Based on the perspective of organizational change,this study explores the relationship between different types of media integration practices and practitioners'attitudes through a questionnaire survey of journalists.The study find that with the long-term implementation of the media integration strategy,Chinese journalists currently hold a relatively positive attitude towards organizational media integration.In terms of the impact of different types of media integration,technological change has a positive effect on practitioners'attitude towards organizational media integration,while task change has a negative impact and personnel change and structural change have no significant impact.In the process of physical influence,the primary appraisals represented by perceived benefit or injury and the secondary appraisals represented by self-efficacy and perceptual control play an important mediating effect.Furthermore,this study also examines the impact of different types of media integration practices on practitioners'attitudes under different ages,media levels and media types,and defines the specific application context of the relevant research results.
