当前我国主流媒体医患报道倾向的转变研究——以《人民日报》(2009-2023)为例
The Shift of Tendency in Reporting Doctor-patient relationship in Mainstream Media—The Case of People's Daily(2009-2023)

本研究基于对475篇《人民日报》(2009-2023)医患报道的样本分析和对25名记者、医生等相关人士的深度访谈,发现近年来主流媒体医患报道的内在倾向由"呈现患者"为主转向了"呈现医生"为主.研究发现,导致这一报道倾向转变的原因涉及媒体组织内部结构调整、医学群体的受众参与、医疗行业问题与整治等多个维度.研究同时发现,报道倾向不仅限于不同类型的媒体机构之间,还存在于同一媒体机构内部,媒体内部的报道倾向会因各种复杂因素呈现出动态变化过程.
Abstract
Based on a full sample analysis of 475 doctor-patient reports in People's Daily and in-depth interviews with 25 journalists,doctors,and other relevant individuals,it was found that the inherent tendency of People's Daily's doctor-patient reports from 2009 to 2023 shifted from"patient oriented"to"doctor oriented".The reasons for the shift in the trend of mainstream media reporting on doctors and patients involve multiple dimensions such as internal structural adjustments of media institutions,audience participation of medical groups,and crises and rectification in the medical industry.This study found that media bias is not limited to political bias,but also exists in reporting bias;It is not limited to media institutions of different political systems,but also exists within a certain media institution.The reporting tendency within the media may undergo dynamic changes in targeting and targeting due to various complex factors.
