复合材料在海水中力学性能变化的统计分析

对复合材料单向纤维力学试件进行不同时长的海水浸泡试验,测试试验后复合材料试件的拉伸和弯曲性能,对力学性能测试数据进行多种统计分析,结果表明,2160 h内,海水对复合材料力学性能的影响不大,即复合材料力学性能数值的离散程度不随试验时长增加而增加.由于力学性能数值的绝对值相对较大,数值扰动对复合材料变异系数的影响较小,变异系数的置信度较高,与最大赋范残差相比,结构设计时以正则化值为依据可靠性更高.
The mechanical specimens of composites with unidirectional fibre were subjected to seawater immersion tests,then the tensile and flexural properties of the composite with different test time lengths were tested,and statistical an-alyses were performed on the test data of mechanical properties.The results showed that seawater did not give too much in-fluence on the mechanical properties of the composites in 2160hs.the degree of dispersion in the numerical values of the composites mechanical properties did not increase when test time increased.Due to the relatively large absolute value of the mechanical property,the numerical perturbation has less effect on the coefficient of variation,and the confidence level of the coefficient of variation is high,which makes the structural design based on the regularised values more reliable compared to the maximum fugitive residuals.
