为满足行业"绿色化、低碳化、智能化"发展战略,采用韧性好、固化快、耐腐蚀、无苯乙烯溢出的聚氨酯树脂缠绕成型碳纤维复合材料.为研究聚氨酯/碳纤维复合材料缠绕成型工艺、固化机理和性能,进行树脂基体及复合材料理化性能、热力学性能及力学性能试验,由试验结果可知,采用自动化缠绕成型工艺、室温固化方法制备的聚氨酯/碳纤维复合材料性能良好,质量稳定,生产效率高,节能,低碳,环保.
In order to meet the industry's"green,low-carbon,intelligent"development strategy,polyurethane res-in winding carbon fiber composite materials with good toughness,fast curing,corrosion resistance and no styrene spillage are used.In order to study the winding process,curing mechanism and properties of polyurethane/carbon fiber composites,The physical and chemical properties,thermodynamic properties and mechanical properties of resin matrix and composite materi-als were tested,and it can be seen from the test results that the polyurethane/carbon fiber composite materials prepared by automatic winding molding process and room temperature curing method have good performance,stable quality,high pro-duction efficiency,energy saving,low carbon and environmental protection.
