This paper evaluates the measurement uncertainty of glass transition temperature of resin matrix composites using dynamic thermomechanical(DMA).By analyzing the sources of uncertainties in the determination of resin matrix composites by DMA,such as repeatability of DMA instrument,ambient temperature,sample batch differences,etc.Evalu-ating the uncertainties quantitatively,the synthetic uncertainty of the determination of glass transition temperature by DMA was obtained.The main influencing factors of the measurement uncertainty of glass transition temperature of resin matrix composites are determined.The evaluation of the uncertainty is beneficial to improve the reliability of the test results and providing the basis for the scientific expression of the test results.
