复合材料蜂窝结构超声和太赫兹检测对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Ultrasonic and Terahertz Testing Methods for Composite Honeycomb Structure

为了研究不同无损检测技术对复合材料蜂窝结构中脱粘缺陷的可检性和检测精度,本文针对复合材料蜂窝结构进行了多种无损检测技术的检测试验和结果分析.主要采用穿透超声检测技术、穿透空气耦合超声检测技术、反射太赫兹检测技术和反射超声相控阵检测技术,对设计、制备的含有不同尺寸、不同分布位置的预制脱粘缺陷的检测对比试样进行了检测试验,对预制脱粘缺陷的可检性和检出缺陷尺寸进行了分析.分析结果表明,穿透超声检测技术、反射太赫兹检测技术和反射超声相控阵检测技术能够有效检出复合材料蜂窝结构中的脱粘缺陷,并且太赫兹检测技术具有较高的检测精度;穿透空气耦合超声检测技术无法有效检出复合材料蜂窝结构中的脱粘缺陷.
In order to study the detectability and detection accuracy of different nondestructive testing techniques for the debonding defects in the composite honeycomb structure,the detection tests and results analysis of various nondestructive testing techniques were carried out for the composite honeycomb structure.Through ultrasonic testing method,through air coupling ultrasonic testing method,reflection terahertz testing method and reflection ultrasonic phased array testing method were used to carry out detection tests on the designed and prepared test samples containing different sizes and different distri-bution locations of prefabricated debonding defects.The detectability of prefabricated debonding defects and the size of de-tected defects were analyzed.The analysis results show that the debonding defects in the composite honeycomb structure can be detected effectively by the through ultrasonic testing method,reflection terahertz testing method and reflection ultrasonic phased array testing method.Reflection terahertz testing method has higher detection accuracy than through ultrasonic testing method and reflection ultrasonic phased array testing method.The through air coupling ultrasonic testing method can not ef-fectively detect the debonding defects in the composite honeycomb structure.
