With the widespread application of full composite wings in unmanned aerial vehicles(UAV),systematic re-search on the manufacturing process of wings has become an urgent matter. This paper is based on the full composite wing of a high subsonic UAV,the test results are analyzed and researched from multiple process dimensions such as construction en-vironment,tooling and fixtures, interface status, material selection, curing process, and adhesive layer thickness control through production and test. The research results indicate that with the optimization of the adhesive bonding and closing process, the performance of the wing has been greatly improved, the wing not only passed the 3 g load static test successful-ly,but also completed the 6 g load flight verification, providing process guideline for bonding and closing of composite wings and even composite parts from both theoretical and practical level.
