In this paper,the integrated low-cost manufacturing technology of a certain type of UAV inlet is studied.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing fusible alloy mold schemes,the core mold scheme was adopt-ed,and two core mold casting molds were designed to fulfill the requirements of the inlet core mold,the inlet port samples were made by wet process+oven,prepreg+autoclave,and all of them met the requirements.The inlet manufactured by the molding process in this paper can improve the production efficiency,reduce the cost and meet the requirements of mass production under the premise of meeting the requirements of use.The production process can also be used for the production and manufacture of other composite parts with similar structures.
