随着航空先进复合材料应用愈发广泛,复合材料零件的形式逐渐增多,应用也愈发广泛,框是飞机的重要组成部分,常用作机身隔框或其他骨架零件,其直接影响着飞机的外形准确度和结构承载能力,"E"形复合材料框的巧妙设计和尝试提高了复合材料框的整体化水平,避免了金属框类零件难加工、疲劳性差等缺点,分析此"E"形复合材料框零件的结构特点,基于真空袋-热压罐成型方法,阐述了该类零件成型的工艺难点和关键控制点,巧妙设计成型工装方案,严格控制工艺操作流程,制造出内部质量好、外形尺寸精准、外观良好的复合材料"E"形框零件.
With the increasing application of advanced composite materials in aviation,the forms of composite parts are gradually increasing and their applications are becoming more extensive.Frames are an important part of the aircraft,com-monly used as fuselage frames or other skeletal parts,which directly affect the accuracy of the shape and structural load-bearing capacity.The ingenious design of E-shaped composite frame have improved the level of integration of composite frames,avoiding the shortcomings of metal frames such as difficult processing and poor fatigue resistance.The structural characteristics of E-shaped frame are analyzed,based on the vacuum bag-autoclave curing process,the technical difficu-lites and key control points are elaborated.Relying on the scientifically design of molding tooling structure and meticulous control of the operational process,the E-shaped composite frames with excellent quality,recise external dimensions,and good appearance are successfully manufactured.
