本文以解决航空产品中常见的壁板类复合材料零件在制造过程中存在的质量缺陷为出发点,研究了多种工艺方法手段,优化了包括0°纤维制备及填充方法、工装结构、热隔膜预成型工艺、胶膜及预浸料的固化工艺等技术.通过对工艺方法的一系列改进,验证原材料树脂的流动度,改善了零件内部分层、空隙和脱粘等一系列壁板制造过程中的缺陷问题及零件表面质量.最终,达到了提高复合材料壁板制造质量,符合检测要求,满足装配使用需求的目的.
In order to solve the quality defects in the manufacturing process of panel composite material parts commonly used in aviation products,this paper studies a variety of technological methods,and optimizes technologies including 0 fiber preparation and filling method,tooling structure,hot diaphragm preform process,curing process of adhesive film and prepreg.Through a series of improvements to the process method,the fluidity of raw material resin was verified,and a se-ries of defects in the manufacturing process of panel,such as delamination,void and debonding,and the surface quality of the parts was improved.Finally,the purpose of improving the manufacturing quality of composite panel,meeting the testing requirements and meeting the assembly and use requirements is achieved.
