本文针对环氧树脂的增韧改性机理及方法进行了系统性探讨,涉及的改性材料包括橡胶弹性体、热塑性树脂、超支化聚合物、核壳结构聚合物、纳米粒子、热致液晶聚合物.通过论述环氧树脂的增韧改性方法得出改性后的环氧树脂断裂韧性明显改善,弯曲强度和拉伸强度方面也得到了提升.最后对环氧树脂增韧改性方法的未来发展进行了展望.
The toughening modification mechanism and methods of epoxy resin was systematically discussed,involving modifying materials such as rubber elastomers,thermoplastic resins,hyperbranched polymers,core-shell structured poly-mers,nanoparticles,and thermotropic liquid crystal polymers.By analyzing the toughening modification methods for epoxy resin,it is concluded that the fracture toughness of the modified epoxy resin is significantly improved,along with enhance-ments in bending strength and tensile strength.Finally,the future development of toughening modification methods for epoxy resin is anticipated.
