随着航天技术的不断发展,对卫星结构材料的要求日益严格.碳纤维复合材料以其轻质、高强、高模、耐疲劳等优异性能,成为卫星结构设计的首选材料.为此,本文梳理了目前碳纤维复合材料在低轨卫星及卫星天线上的应用情况,综合分析了碳纤维复合材料在卫星结构中的优势,结合未来我国卫星结构对碳纤维复合材料的发展需求,总结展望了我国未来碳纤维复合材料在卫星结构中的发展趋势.
With the continuous development of space technology,the requirements for satellite structural materials are increasingly strict.Carbon fiber composites have become the first choice for satellite structural design due to their excellent properties such as light weight,high strength,high modulus and fatigue resistance.Therefore,this paper reviews the cur-rent application of carbon fiber composite materials on low-orbit satellites and satellite antennas,comprehensively analyzes the advantages of carbon fiber composite materials in satellite structures,and summarizes the development trend of carbon fi-ber composite materials in satellite structures in China in the future combined with the development demand for carbon fiber composite materials in satellite structures in China.
