复合材料菌形盖RTM工艺制造技术研究

以碳纤维为代表的纤维复合材料以其优越的比强度、比刚度、抗疲劳性及耐腐蚀性等优点被广泛应用于各种场景.作为复合材料成型工艺的一种,树脂传递成型(Resin Transfer Molding,RTM)技术具有绿色化、质量稳定、尺寸精度高、产品外形光滑平整等多种优势.本文基于RTM工艺,通过对基体树脂粘度的研究,同时采用计算机辅助技术优化流道设计及工艺参数,获得最佳注射方式,成功制备了较大厚度、低孔隙率及高内部质量的碳纤维菌形盖产品.
Fiber composite materials represented by carbon fiber are widely used in various scenarios due to their supe-rior specific strength,specific stiffness,fatigue resistance,and corrosion resistance.As a type of composite material mold-ing process,Resin Transfer Molding(RTM)technology has various advantages such as greenness,stable quality,high di-mensional accuracy,and smooth and flat product appearance.This article is based on the RTM process.By studying the viscosity of the matrix resin and using computer-aided technology to optimize the flow channel design and process parame-ters,the optimal injection method was obtained,and a carbon fiber mushroom shaped cap product with large thickness,low porosity,and high internal quality was successfully prepared.
