Preparation and Properties of UV-resistant Biomass Composite Film
The preparation of functional composite membrane materials using natural biomass materials has attracted much attention.In this paper,cellulose,enzymatically hydrolyzed lignin,and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)were used as raw materials to prepare a biomass composite membrane with excellent mechanical properties and strong UV resistance through blending and crosslinking methods.The results show that by adding an appropriate amount of nanocellulose and lignin nanoparticles,the tensile strength of the composite membrane reached 47.6 MPa,its UV protection performance improved by 49%,and it maintained a visible light transmittance of over 45%.This biomass composite material has great application prospects in the field of packaging materials.
