Selective Response of Platinum Modified Organic Indium Nanochitosan Composite to Acetone
In this experiment,Platinum-organic indium(Pt/Organo-In)nano-octahedral structure was synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis method with distribution and its gas response properties were investigated. The best response properties were obtained when the main raw material indium nitrate was 0.33 g corresponding to 2 mL of 5%chloroplatinic acid solution as the optimal ratio. When the concentration of acetone gas is 20 ppm and the test temperature is 260℃,the response value of the material is 3.83,the response time is 12 s,and the recovery time is 21 s.The material has a good selectivity for acetone gas,and the response value for other interfering gases under 20 ppm is very small or almost none, which explains the reliability of the gas sensing material to a certain extent. The characterization and analysis by SEM,XRD,BET,FT-IR and XPS proved the successful synthesis of the Pt-organic indium material, which provides experience for subsequent researchers to explore the field of organic indium. Finally, this study also designs the schematic circuit of acetone sensing alarm, which provides certain theoretical support and experimental experience to pave the way for subsequent commercial applications.
