Research on the Influence of Titanium Dioxide on the Yellowing and Rheological Properties of Slurry
The article compared and studied the yellowing and rheological properties of cellulose acetate acetone solution(slurry)with two different forms of titanium dioxide added,one of which is a 60%concentration aqueous dispersion of titanium dioxide(liquid product in market research),and the other is pure solid titanium dioxide.The results showed that under the same amount of titanium dioxide added,the YIE and B values of liquid titanium dioxide slurry were lower than those of solid titanium dioxide slurry and on-site slurry added;The effect of liquid titanium dioxide on improving the yellowing of slurry is better than that of solid titanium dioxide.The slurries of both samples belong to shear thinning non Newtonian fluids,and the structural viscosity index of the slurry with added liquid titanium dioxide is lower than that of the slurry with added solid titanium dioxide;The dynamic rheological curve of adding liquid titanium dioxide slurry is smoother than that of adding solid titanium dioxide slurry;The rheological properties of cellulose acetate acetone solution with added liquid titanium dioxide are better than those of cellulose acetate acetone solution with added solid titanium dioxide;According to GB 15193.3-2014"National Food Safety Standard Acute Oral Toxicity Test",toxicity testing was conducted on the liquid titanium dioxide investigated in this study,and the test result was LD50＞10 000 mg/kg.
