摘要
数字时代,媒介技术快速发展,传播形态不断革新,数字鸿沟问题愈发突出.数字鸿沟存在接入沟、使用沟、驯化沟等不同层级,其中驯化沟主要表现为智联鸿沟和断连鸿沟两种现象.驯化沟的存在导致相关问题呈现出复杂性、不确定性以及不平等性,需要通过以人为本、组织赋能、互为尺度、国际合作等手段予以解决.
Abstract
In the digital age,the problem of the digital divide is becoming increasingly prominent.It exists at different levels as access gap,usage gap,and domestication gap,among which domestication gap mainly manifests as two phenomena:intelligent connectivity gap and disconnection gap.This paper concludes that the existence of domestication ditches leads to complexity,uncertainty,and inequality in related issues,which need to be addressed through measures such as people-oriented,organizational empowerment,mutual scaling,and international cooperation.
