The"Dual Organization"Mechanism and Improvement of Governance Efficiency of County-level Converged Media Center:A Case Study Based on Ten Media Outlets in Inner Mongolia
Based on the case studies of 10 media outlets in Inner Mongolia,this paper finds that the county-level converged media center has achieved self-construction and improved grassroots governance through the path of"dual organization",which involves reorganizing internal structures and expanding external functions.This path has universal value in the construction of county-level integrated media centers nationwide,but it also faces the problem of extensibility brought by reorganization,which requires sufficient efforts to strengthen public awareness,integrate into social networks,and coordinate governance functions.
