Rule of Law Publicity Strategies of the Communist Party of China During the Yan'an Period and Its Enlightenment
In order to strengthen the leadership of the Party and the spirit of the rule of law,the CPC carried out the rule of law publicity during the Yan'an period as its important task.Strategies such as performances by various theatre troupes,newspaper reading activities,blackboards and posters,public hearings of law cases,and the use of popular literature were carried out by CPC and they were characterized by an emphasis on awareness of the rule of law,popularization of legal knowledge,emphasis on fairness and justice,protection of women's rights and interests,and equal emphasis on party discipline and justice.
