From"Angel Eyes"to"Ukiyo-e":Digital Companionship of Sub-generations From Different Places and Parental Generations Living Alone in Rural Areas
The popularity of intelligent monitoring in rural areas has made more urban parents use them to accompany the elderly living alone in rural areas.The study found that:on the one hand,as the"Angel Eye",intelligent monitoring realizes digital compensation and emotional compensation,and create a new picture of digital inter-generational;on the other hand,as an intelligent monitoring screen of"Ukiyo-e",it reproduces the watchfulness and powerlessness of watching,and broadcasts the real life of the elderly living alone and causes the elderly to be over-monitored.
