Active Users and Digital Labor:A Behavior Analysis of Up-loader in the Film and TV Category of Bilibili
This paper uses the method of network ethnography to analyze the content production behavior of up-loader on Bilibili.It finds that:on the one hand,the up-loader is an active user in the network society,willing to spend time and energy to develop their own interests,and in the process to achieve individual satisfaction,group identity and value expression.On the other hand,Bilibili completes the exploitation of the main surplus value of up-loader through the control of labor behavior,the excavation of leisure time and the possession of labor results.
