全媒体视域下主流媒体对宫颈癌报道的框架分析和文本建构——以中国网·健康中国为例

大健康时代,媒体报道能够影响女性对宫颈癌的认知、态度、行为.本研究选取主流媒体健康类专业网站中国网·健康中国,通过Python爬取近8年宫颈癌相关报道,构建主流媒体传播宫颈癌框架,宏观上从报道数量、报道媒体、报道体裁、报道主题、信息来源和报道倾向展开,中观从恐惧诉求、损失获益、议题框架三个层面分析,微观话语从词性词频、修辞手法、数据使用三个层面构建.分析后提出增补宏观框架、均衡中观框架、调整微观框架的改进意见,从而进一步完善国内主流媒体对宫颈癌的健康报道框架.
Abstract
Media coverage can influence women's cognition,attitude,and behavior towards cervical cancer.This paper selects 441 cervical cancer-related reports in the past 8 years from China Net-Health China and argues that the framework of those reports can be divided into macro,meso and micro,altogether three aspects.The paper also put forward suggestions for the improvement of the domestic mainstream media's health reporting framework for cervical cancer such as supplement the macro framework,balance the meso framework,and adjust the micro framework.
