Consensus,Dialogue and Reversal:A Study on Local Government's Response to Online Public Opinion
The study focuses on a number of typical cases of responding to public opinion events in recent years,in order to sort out the patterns of local government response and public interpretation in public opinion events.The research discovers different patterns of behavior in the public's interpretation of local government's appropriate and inappropriate responses of public opinion,including consensus and order,conflict and dialogue,resolution and backlash,etc.The article concludes that a long-term responding mechanism should be established through the organic coordination of multiple subjects,that is,the adherence and application of"seeking truth"and"pragmatism".
