摘要
社交媒体对政协委员的政治参与和协商议政起着重要作用,线上线下联动的网络协商议政模式逐渐成为现代化治理的常态.深圳市政协交通微信群作为市委市政府高度认可的成功案例,为研究社交媒体在政协委员协商议政中的实施路径提供了有益视角.本文将以此为例,探讨政协委员微信群协商议政的价值功能与实施路径,以期为人民政协社交媒体协商议政提供新思路和新方法,充分发挥政协委员的作用,提升社会治理能力,促进民主协商发展.
Abstract
Social media plays an important role in the political participation and consultation and deliberation of CPPCC members,and the online and offline linkage of online consultation and deliberation modes has become the norm in modernized governance.Shenzhen CPPCC Traffic WeChat Group provides a useful case in this respect.This paper takes it as an example and explores the value function and implementation path of it,thus providing new ideas and methods for China's People's Political Consultative Conference(CPPCC)social media consultation and deliberation,giving full play to the role of CPPCC members,enhance the ability of social governance,and promoting the development of democratic consultation.
