摘要
技术思维、人文精神、跨界能力作为推动全媒体人才培养的三重向度,不仅体现了传统传媒人才培养模式的转变,也反映了全媒体时代对人才综合素质的更高要求.文章在锚定媒介生态变化、满足全媒体人才现实需求的基础上,利用层次分析法构建全媒体人才培养评价体系.研究发现:一级指标中人文精神权重占比最高达到54.54%,技术思维、跨界能力权重占比分别为27.46%、17.99%;二级指标中职业理想、全媒体实操能力、理论基础、家国情怀、新技术应用能力等都是人才培养中相对重要的影响因素.在此基础上提出锻造"全素养"教师人才队伍、重塑"全过程"专业课程体系、创新"全链条"实践育人模式的全媒体人才培养路径.
Abstract
On the basis of anchoring the changes in the media ecosystem and meeting the practical needs of omnimedia talents,this paper uses analytic hierarchy process to construct an evaluation system for the cultivation of omnimedia talents.It finds that in the first level indicators,the weight of humanistic spirit accounts for the highest proportion of 54.54%,while the weight of technical thinking and cross-border ability accounts for 27.46%and 17.99%respectively.In the second level,career ideals,full media practical ability,theoretical foundation,patriotism,and new technology application ability are relatively important influencing factors in talent cultivation.It proposes points which include forging a team of teachers with"full literacy",reshaping the professional curriculum system of"whole process",and innovating the practical education mode of"whole chain".
