摘要
目的 观察路径化引导下心脏康复护理对急性心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后患者的影响.方法 选取徐州医科大学附属医院2021年1月至2023年12月收治的112例急性心肌梗死PCI术后患者,按照随机信封法分为两组,对照组(56例)采用常规护理,研究组(56例)则联用路径化引导下心脏康复护理,对比两组应用效果.结果 研究组左室射血分数(LVEF)和日常活动能力(BI)、6分钟步行试验(6MWT)评分高于对照组,且不良心血管事件发生率、病症复发率和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于对照组,住院时间和首次离床活动时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 路径化引导下心脏康复护理在急性心肌梗死PCI术后患者中的应用效果较好,能够增强其心功能,协助改善患者生理生活状态,并缓解负性情绪,降低PCI术后不良心血管事件及病症复发风险,实用性较高.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of pathway-guided cardiac rehabilitation nursing on patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)for acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 112 patients who were admitted to The Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2021 to December 2023 and underwent PCI for acute myocardial infarction were enrolled and divided into study group and control group using the envelope method,with 56 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing,while those in the study group received pathway-guided cardiac rehabilitation nursing in addition.The application effect was compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the study group had significantly higher left ventricular ejection fraction,Barthel Index for activities of daily living,and six-minute walk test score and significantly lower incidence rate of adverse cardiovascular events,disease recurrence rate,and scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,as well as significantly shorter length of hospital stay and time to first ambulation(P＜0.05).Conclusion Pathway-guided cardiac rehabilitation nursing has a good application effect in patients after PCI for acute myocardial infarction and can enhance their cardiac function,assist in improving their physiological life status,alleviate negative emotions,and reduce the risk of adverse cardiovascular events and disease recurrence after PCI,with a relatively high level of practicality.
