Non-Pharmacological Treatment of Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Complicated with Atrial Fibrillation
Atrial fibrillation(AF)is a common arrhythmia associated with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM).Factors such as impaired diastolic function, atrial fibrosis, genetic inheritance, and hemodynamic changes contribute to the occurrence of AF,which can also worsen the progression of HCM.Non-pharmacological treatment for HCM with AF currently include surgical septal myectomy, alcohol septal ablation, catheter ablation, and dual-chamber pacemaker implantation. As diagnostic and therapeutic methods continue to advance, there is still potential for many breakthroughs in the non-pharmacological treatment of HCM with AF.This review will focus on the non-pharmacological treatment of HCM with AF.
