心脏磁共振成像在室性心动过速消融治疗中的应用进展

室性心动过速(VT)是心脏性猝死最常见的病因。虽然近年来在标测和消融策略上有诸多改进,但VT的复发率仍居高不下。先进的磁共振成像技术,如心肌延迟强化,能为基质消融提供重要的补充信息,不仅能提高VT消融手术的即刻成功率,而且能显著减少术后VT的复发。磁共振成像在VT治疗中的有效性已在多项研究中得到证实。现对磁共振成像技术在VT消融治疗中取得的进展做一综述。
Cardiac Magnetic Resonance Applied in Ablation of Ventricular Tachycardia
Ventricular tachycardia(VT)is the most common cause of sudden cardiac death.Despite significant improvements in mapping and ablation strategies in recent years,the recurrence rate of VT remains high.Advanced magnetic resonance imaging techniques,such as late gadolinium enhancement,can provide important additional information for substrate ablation,not only improving the immediate success rate of VT ablation,but also significantly reducing the recurrence of VT after ablation.The effectiveness of magnetic resonance imaging in VT treatment has been confirmed in numerous studies.This article will review the progress of magnetic resonance imaging technique in VT ablation therapy.
