Inflammation can lead to the development of coronary heart disease(CHD),and anti-inflammatory therapy has become the hope to further reduce the residual risk of CHD.However,there is no standard anti-inflammatory therapy strategy in clinical practice.In recent years,a number of large-scale randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled clinical studies have guided the search for anti-inflammatory therapy for CHD.This article reviews the progress of anti-inflammatory therapy for CHD based on evidence-based research in recent years.
