摘要

全腔静脉-肺动脉连接术(Fontan姑息手术)挽救了大量单心室结构患儿的生命.然而,术后远期淋巴系统并发症严重影响着患者的预后.现回顾既往相关文献,总结Fontan术后患者淋巴系统并发症的自然病程、病理生理、临床表现、诊断和治疗管理.

Abstract

Total cavopulmonary connection(Fontan procedure)has saved the lives of a large number of children with single ventricle,in which a biventricular repair is not possible.However,postoperative long-term lymphatic system complications seriously affect the prognosis of patients.This article reviews the previous literature and summarizes the natural history,pathophysiology,clinical manifestations,diagnosis,and management of lymphatic system complications in patients with Fontan circulation.
