摘要
二叶主动脉瓣(BAV)是成人最常见的先天性心脏瓣膜疾病,具有复杂的遗传因素与异质性的表型和临床结局.目前存在的BAV的分型系统众多且标准不一.现对BAV的分型系统做一总结,并分析不同亚型的临床意义,以期完善对BAV的认知,有利于个体化危险分层和疾病管理.
Abstract
Bicuspid aortic valve(BAV)is the most common congenital heart valve disease in adults,with complex genetic factors and heterogeneous phenotypic and clinical outcomes.There are many BAV classification systems in existence,and the standards are different.This article summarizes the classification systems of BAV and analyzes the clinical significance of different subtypes in order to improve the cognition of BAV,which is conducive to individualized risk stratification and disease management.
