单细胞测序在心肌梗死中的应用进展

近年来,心血管疾病中由晚期动脉粥样硬化导致的心肌梗死(MI)成为全球主要的死亡原因之一。在MI中由于其细胞具有高度的异质性,目前在临床阶段一直无有效的靶向治疗策略。揭示单个细胞的基因结构和基因表达状态的单细胞测序技术正在各个领域飞速发展,并在MI的临床研究中逐渐被重视。现综述MI单细胞测序方法,并探讨MI细胞异质性、潜在的治疗靶点、心脏重构预后机制,有望为精准和靶向治疗提供依据。
Application of Single Cell Sequencing in Myocardial Infarction
In recent years,myocardial infarction(MI)caused by advanced atherosclerosis in cardiovascular diseases has become one of the major causes of death worldwide.Due to the high heterogeneity of its cells in MI,there has been no effective targeted therapy strategy in the clinical stage.Single cell sequencing technology,which aims to reveal the gene structure and expression status of individual cells,is rapidly developing in various fields and is gradually gaining attention in clinical research of MI.This article reviews the single cell sequencing methods of MI,and discusses the heterogeneity of MI cells,potential therapeutic targets,and the prognostic mechanism of cardiac remodeling,which is expected to provide a basis for precise and targeted treatment.
