Bioprosthetic Valve Dysfunction After Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement
Transcatheter aortic valve replacement(TAVR)is an important intervention for patients with aortic stenosis. Thanks to the advancement of material technology and the accumulation of operational experience,TAVR has been widely used in high-risk patients and is gradually expanding to younger and low-risk patients. As the core material of TAVR,bioprosthetic valve dysfunction may reduce treatment efficacy and patient quality of life. This review comprehensively summarizes the diagnosis and prognosis of bioprosthetic valve dysfunction, providing reference for preventing and reducing biological valve dysfunction and improving the durability of bioprosthetic valve.
