Equipment maintenance professionals are the mainstay of wartime equipment maintenance support activities.At present,there is still a gap between the research on optimizing the configuration of wartime maintenance personnel and the actual situation.Taking high-power microwave weapons and equipment as an example,firstly,based on the standard of required working hours of each maintenance profession,the amount of maintenance tasks is predicted that maintenance organizations will face dur-ing wartime.Secondly,on the basis of considering effective maintenance time,the maintenance capa-bility of the maintenance organization is analyzed and estimated.Thirdly,under the condition that each profession can complete the corresponding maintenance tasks during wartime,it is expected that there will be a demand for personnel from each maintenance profession.Finally,the professional correlation coefficient is used to optimize the configuration of maintenance professionals,and the effectiveness of the optimization configuration model for maintenance professionals is verified through examples of known maintenance tasks and the demand for working hours in each maintenance profession.
